In-home service area

In-home 1:1 and semi-private training are available in these areas, subject to your address and current scheduling:

Cave Creek

Personal training in your home, with equipment brought to you.

Scottsdale

Individual or shared sessions adapted to your goals and abilities.

Northeast Phoenix

In-home training scheduled around your address and Ellen’s availability.

Virtual training

Virtual sessions are available outside the in-home service area and while traveling. They use the same live coaching and package rates as in-home sessions. Learn how virtual personal training works.
