Privacy notice
This notice explains the information used by the Above & Beyond Fitness website and the services that process it.
Website analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and actions such as consultation requests and document opens. Advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Analytics may use cookies and receive technical information such as the page visited, browser or device details, approximate location derived from network information, and referral source.
Names, email addresses, health-history answers, and free-text consultation messages are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Consultation requests
The consultation form asks for a name, email address, training interests, and an optional description of what you are working toward. The site sends that request through Formspree to Ellen DeVore. If delivery fails, the site offers to open your email application instead.
New-client forms
The Client Information & Health History and PAR-Q forms collect information needed to assess readiness and prepare for personal training. Those submissions are sent through a restricted Google Apps Script endpoint to a private Google Sheet used by Above & Beyond Fitness. Avoid submitting information you do not want included in your client record.
Friday class registration
The free-class page embeds a Google Form. Information entered there is processed by Google and provided to Above & Beyond Fitness for class registration and communication.
Service providers and control
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages and uses Google Analytics, Google Forms, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Formspree for the functions described above. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You can block or clear analytics cookies through your browser. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from reading the site. Blocking embedded or form services may prevent a form from working; email Ellen instead if that happens.
Questions, corrections, or deletion requests
Contact ellen@elliebfit.com with a privacy question or a request concerning information you submitted. The request may need to be verified before information is changed or deleted.
